Dean Potter’s China Canyon

The American slackline legend that is Dean Potter, has just crossed the China Canyon at a height of 1,800m – without a harness

Taking just over two minutes to complete, Dean listened to music in his headphones while making the crossing. The amazing footage is currently being shown on the BBC website but we don’t know for hom much longer.

“He has crossed the Enshi Grand Canyon in China’s Hubei Province on a slackline just two centimetres thick”, according to the BBC report.

The 40-year-old daredeveil from New Hampshire, United States, is also a world reknowned rock climber and BASE jumper.
